Yes, the subscription plan you purchased will be automatically renewed when it expires. The annual subscription is automatically renewed 12 months from the day of activation, the monthly subscription 30 days later.

Unless you cancel it manually, your current subscription will be automatically renewed. The amount due will be charged to your account payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Personal Area.

If you have already purchased a Basic subscription but want to switch to the Pro Plan, visit the “Manage Account” section (Just click on your avatar at the top right) → “Current Subscription” → “Manage Plan”. When you share maps and documents with friends and colleagues, you can manage sharing permissions in 3 ways:

1) The recipient 'Can see', will only be able to see the shared element without being able to modify it directly. The only way for the recipient to modify it is to create a personal copy.

2) The recipient 'Can edit', will be able to view and modify the item. The changes will be accessible to all users who have access to that item.

3) The recipient 'It's owner', will be able to view, modify, and change permissions related to the shared item.

You can share maps and documents with friends and colleagues in two ways:

1) Share via email. Enter the recipient's email address, click '+' and then 'Share'. At this point, you can manage permissions for each user to whom you have shared your material. The recipient will find the item you shared with them in the 'Shared with me' section.

2) Share via link. This way you can copy a link and send it to the recipients:
- Restricted access, only invited people can access this item.
- Anyone with the link, anyone who browses the Internet and has this link can access this element with their permissions.
