Do you want to create an online concept map on a topic but don't know where to start? Do you want to delve into a topic but are short on ideas?
Algor Education is the first web app that allows you to create online concept maps automatically from text. With the new Quick Map feature, you can go from a simple sentence or keyword to your map in just a few clicks.
Choose a topic you want to explore, and our algorithm will guide you in creating the map by automatically suggesting the main concepts.
How does Algor's Quick Map work? Follow these 5 simple steps:
How to easily create a personal account on algor education and log in from any device
If you already have an account on Algor Education, simply log in from your PC or tablet using any browser. Otherwise, create a new personal account on app.algoreducation.com. If you have a Google account, you can register in just a few clicks.
A step-by-step guide
Once you log in, you will find yourself on the Algor Education Home screen, where you can view the material (concept maps and documents) organized in folders. By clicking on the robot button "+ Quick Map", you will be asked to enter a topic on which to create your concept map. Choose the topic carefully, as it will be the main theme of your map.

Type in a keyword and click 'create' for a first draft!
Once you have chosen the main topic of your concept map, all you have to do is type it in. Simply write a short phrase or keyword (such as the name of an event, a historical figure, the title of a work, etc.) in the appropriate space. Then click on the orange button "Create" to automatically obtain a first draft of the map with the key questions.

Algor's quick guide to asking the right questions
In a few seconds, Algor will propose the first level of the concept map with the main questions that you should ask yourself about the starting topic. If you want to add other questions, you can do so by creating a child node from the title (by clicking on the "+" button) with another question written "by hand". Don't forget to add the final question mark!

Get automatic answers and ideas with the click of a button!
At this point, Algor helps you answer the generated questions by suggesting automatic answers. Simply point to the node with the question you are interested in (e.g. What were the main events of World War I?) and click on the robot button and the "+" symbol. You will automatically get ideas to answer the question in the form of nodes on the map.

You can continue to expand your concept map by answering other questions. The process is the same, select the node with the question you want to answer and click on the robot icon to get ideas and suggestions for answers. Each request to the algorithm (each click on the robot) will cost you 2 AI credits.
Remember that with Algor Education you can customize your map in our editor with nodes written by you or with other multimedia elements: you can insert images, videos, links to web resources. You can also collaborate in real time with other users, extract information from your PDFs, use text-to-speech and switch from document to map in just a few clicks.
